Returns + Exchanges

At this time I do not accept returns for refunds.
All discounted items and knitting and sewing patterns are final sale.

As an individual artist producing goods in limited quantities and with intention, I ask that purchases be made thoughtfully. Returns for full refunds are only accepted if your order arrives damaged.

All returns and exchanges must be approved prior to shipment. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. 

To initiate a return or exchange:

• Please contact me at sundewsewing@gmail.com to request return authorization before sending any merchandise.
• Do not ship items until authorization has been received.
• Sundew Sewing Co. reserves the right to refuse any returned item.
• Please include a copy of your order confirmation, or reference your original order number, name, and date of purchase.
• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Sundew Sewing Co. is not responsible for packages lost, damaged, or stolen in transit. In the event of a lost package, tracking information and proof of delivery are required.

All exchanges are subject to product availability and the same approval standards outlined above.
